Fix 1: Check your network

Origin downloads can be delayed when you have a lot of devices linked to your network. As a result, disconnect them while downloading if at all possible.
Fix 2: Update your network adapter driver
Your poor download speed from Origin could suggest a problem with your network connection. It’s possible that an out-of-date network adapter driver is to blame. To solve it, you’ll need to upgrade your network adapter driver, especially if you don’t recall the last time you did it.
You can update your network adapter driver manually by visiting the manufacturer’s official website and downloading and installing the appropriate network driver for your system.
