1. To begin, open your file explorer.
2. Go to the following directory.
C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64
3. Once you’ve found the above-mentioned directory, remove the following files from it. Select Delete from the context menu by right-clicking on it.
- D3dx9_24.dll to 43
- D3dx10_33.dll to 43
- D3dx11_42.dll to 43
- D3d9.dll, d3d10.dll and d3d11.dll
- D3DCompiler_33.dll to 47
4. After you’ve removed the files relating to DirectX graphics. After that, you must execute the DirectX-Runtime installation. Install the newest version of DirectX 12 by running it as an administrator.
5. Start the installation and make sure you’re connected to a high-speed internet connection. To install the application, follow the on-screen instructions.
