Fix Netflix error U7353-5101

The Netflix issue U7353-5101 is quite simple to fix, but you should make sure your account isn’t being seen on more devices than it permits, for example, if your account only allows you to use one device, make sure no one else is using it at the same time as you are, or you’ll get this error. This code is mostly found in the Windows 10 Universal Windows Platforms app, but if you see it on your browser, you can try some of the solutions we’ve outlined here.

1. Restart app/browser

The Netflix issue U7353-5101 might occur in both the Netflix app for Windows 10 and whatever browser you’re using to stream Netflix. Closing and reopening the program or browser is a quick and effective repair. Make sure you close your browser if you’re watching in it. Closing and re-opening the Netflix tab might not be enough.

2. Reset app

Netflix error U7353-5101 is more likely to occur when using the Netflix app on Windows 10. If closing and re-opening the app does not solve the problem, you can try resetting it. You will be logged out of your account if you reset the app, but your watch history and other account settings will be preserved (this fix does not work for browsers).

1. Open the Settings app on your phone.

2. Go to the Apps group of settings menu.

3. Go to the Apps & Features tab.

4. Click Advanced Options after selecting Netflix from the list of apps.

5. Click Reset at the bottom of the page.

6. Open Netflix,  sign in using your Netflix account, then select a title to play.

3. Uninstall and reinstall app

If the problem remains after resetting the Netflix Windows 10 app, you can remove and reinstall the app.

1. Start by going to the Start menu.

2. Navigate to the Apps List.

3. Locate Netflix, and right-click it.

4. Uninstall is the option to choose.

5. After you’ve uninstalled the app, reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.

4. Clear Netflix cookies

The U7353-5101 problem can also be fixed by clearing Netflix cookies.

1. Sign in to your Netflix account using your browser.

2. Visit this Netflix settings page. on your browser.

3. You will be signed out and your cookies will be cleared.

4. You’ll be able to play titles after you sign in again.

5. Disable VPN
