Netflix consumers are dissatisfied with Windows 10. A quick look at the Windows Store ratings reveals everything. Even so, watching your favorite show through a browser is preferable to utilizing desktop software. The Netflix app on Windows 10 is now unavailable due to a number of issues.

1. APP UPDATE
1. Open the Windows Store and pick Downloads & Updates from the menu.

2. NETFLIX IS DOWN

3. RESET AND REINSTALL

5. FIREWALL SETTINGS
Restart Netflix after disabling your antivirus and Windows Firewall settings. Is the Netflix app on your Windows 10 machine currently operational? If this isn’t the case, you’ll need to accept the app in your Firewall settings. The steps for antivirus will vary depending on the program. Most antivirus programs have a section for authorizing and disallowing apps on the computer. On my PC, this is how it appears.
You can build a new Netflix entry if you can’t find one in the Inbound rules. To do so, go to Control Panel and look for Windows Defender Firewall, which should pop up. Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall by clicking the Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall button.
On the right, you’ll see a list of apps with two checkboxes. The first is for public networks, while the second is for private networks. Toggle one or both on, depending on the device you’re using to watch Netflix. I’m unable to do so because my antivirus controls the settings. If yours is similar, you’ll need to use the antivirus app to ‘allow’ Netflix. The steps should be comparable in nature.
6. FLUSH DNS CACHE
When you notice the issue below, you should usually do the following steps:
‘Whoops, something went wrong. We’re having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title. Error code: U7353.‘
Flushing the DNS cache, on the other hand, can aid in the resolution of other issues.
Copy-paste the following command into Command Prompt with admin rights.
ipconfig /flushdns
A notification should appear indicating that the DNS flush was successful. Check to see if Netflix is working again.
7. DELETE MSPR.HDS FILE
Don’t be concerned. It will not harm your computer if you delete this file. The aforementioned file was created by Microsoft. Digital Rights Management, or DRM, is used by apps like Netflix. When you delete it, the system will immediately create a new file. A fresh copy of the file worked for some users.
To launch File Explorer, press the Windows key+E shortcut and search for mspr.hds without quotes in the C disk where you installed your Windows OS. If you notice many copies of the file, pick them all and delete them. Restart your computer and Netflix will reopen. Check to see if the error code shows again.
It’s fine if you can’t locate the file. Proceed to the next step.
8. UPDATE GRAPHICS DRIVER
Select your graphics driver under Display adapters in Device Manager by searching for it in the Start Menu.
Wait a few seconds after right-clicking on it to select Update driver. Check to see if the Netflix app is up and running.
9. DISABLE HECI SERVICE
The Intel Graphics driver installs the Intel Content Protection HECI Service. By clicking the Windows key+R shortcut, open the Run box and type msconfig before pressing Enter.
Uncheck the Inter(R) Content Protection HECI Service box, then return to step 8 and update your Intel graphics drivers. If you haven’t already, enable the HECI service and see if the Netflix app works.
If it still doesn’t work, try disabling the service and then try again. If the problem remains, re-enable it and go to the next step.
10. ALLOW NETFLIX GPU ACCESS
Netflix may be unable to access the GPU on your motherboard or dedicated card. As a result, the app’s performance may improve. Return to Settings and look for and open Graphics Settings.
From the drop-down menu, choose Universal app, then Netflix. To add Netflix to GPU, click Add.
The Options button should now be visible. Click it to bring up a pop-up menu where you may select High performance. The system default isn’t going to cut it.

I realize this isn’t the answer you were searching for, but if you’ve gotten this far and still can’t fix the problem, you don’t have much of a choice.
