1. Sign in to your admin account at either the AAD admin center at https://aad.portal.azure.com or the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center at https://endpoint.microsoft.com.

2. Go to Users and find the account that is causing the problem, then click Devices.

3. Now pick the disabled devices (with Enabled set to No) and then click the top-right Enable option.
