FIX: nvspcap64.dll missing or not found errors on startup

Method 1. Remove NVIDIA GeForce Experience from startup

You can fix the startup error nvspcap64.dll by disabling NVIDIA GeForce Experience service from startup. This action will remove the application from startup programs.
