Step 1: To launch Mail, press Windows + S, type mail into the search field, and then click Mail from the search results.

Step 2: Select Manage accounts > Add account from the Settings menu.

Step 3: Select Advanced setup from the pop-up box.

Step 4: Select Internet email as a method of communication.

Step 5: Fill in the essential details for your preferred account. Then, in the Incoming email server box, type imap.gmail.com:993, choose IMAP4 as the Account type, and in the Outgoing (SMTP) email server box, type smtp.gmail.com:46. After that, go ahead and click Sign in.

Method 2: Reset Mail and Calendar App
